basic information available, an online application can take as

Verifications of employment and assets will be obtained by our
processing staff. A credit report and an appraisal of your home
will be ordered. All information necessary to meet the investment
guidelines (FHA, VA, FNMA, etc.) will be assembled and prepared
for the processor to review. An Electronic Approval Will Be Run As
Soon as Your Initial Application Is Received, Giving You Your Same
Day Approval! During the course of your transaction, you will
execute a rate lock guaranteeing the terms of your transaction. Be
sure to discuss with your Loan Officer.

Validation

Your
electronic approval, and documentation is reviewed and validated
by your underwriter. Your underwriter is responsible for
confirming your electronic approval and sends your file to
